From PR to Citizen to "Why Is This So Hard?": Building MerlionOS
When I became a Singapore citizen, the admin explosion hit hard — 81 separate statutory boards and agency portals, each with its own URL and login. So I built MerlionOS: one trustworthy front door for Singapore's civic sprawl, now shortlisted top-101 of 1500+ in the APAC GenAI Academy Cohort 2 Hackathon.
